2 Year Warranty with All Watches Sold by WATCHSHOP-ALEX shop

We are proud to offer a 2-year warranty with every timepiece sold by UNIQUE ACCESSORIES Watch shop

Please note this covers only mechanical and manufacturing defects.

 

The parts that are covered by the warranty are:

 

• Movement (internal mechanism)
• Dial
• Hands

 

The parts, which are NOT covered by the warranty, are:

 

• The Strap, Bracelet or Crown
• Crystals in the watch and bezel
• Glass scratches or damages
• Water damage unless marked water resistant
• Worn out battery
• Damage from lack of care, wear and tear and accidents

 

The warranty will be void if the watch is damaged by persons other than those authorised by WATCHSHOP-ALEX shop

Under our warranty terms, the item shall be repaired for free (or replaced if we are unable to repair the item), if proven to be defective. If your watch is no longer available, WATCHSHOP-ALEX shop shall offer a timepiece of similar value.

For all warranty claims simply contact us at sales@watchshop-alex.co.uk and attach your original invoice. Postage costs to send the item are paid by the customer, WATCHSHOP-ALEX shop shall cover all return postage costs.
