RETURN POLICY
1. Return Details
While we make every effort to describe all our watches as accurately as possible, we accept that occasionally not all items received are as you expected.
Before returning it, please contact us by email at info@watchshop-alex.co.uk to let us know.
Please also include a copy of your invoice or packing slip and advise us the reason for the return.
2. Return Eligibility
All returned items must be:
- Returned in new condition and in their original packaging.
- Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- Ship via a tracked or signed for postal service. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Returns may be returned within 14 days from date of delivery.
3. Return Refused
We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:
- Any signs of wear.
- Parts of the item are missing.
- Plastic seals and/or tags on the item have been removed.
If there is any noticeable discrepancies, damage when you receive your order or if the wrong item was delivered, please contact us via email at info@watchshop-alex.co.uk.
REFUND POLICY
1. Full Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your full refund.
If you are approved, we will endeavour to refund you the same day however during exceptionally busy periods may take up to a maximum of 48 hours.
Please note that if you won't return the product within 14 days from date of delivery, unfortunately we can't offer you a full refund.
2. Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your PayPal or bank account again. Then contact PayPal or your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email at info@watchshop-alex.co.uk
