Shipping Policy

VERY IMPORTANT: Tracking updates sometimes only appear after the package has cleared customs in the destination country and this can take up to 2 weeks, so please be patient throughout the shipping, transportation and delivery process of your order.

At WATCHSHOP-ALEX, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient global delivery experience. Our products are shipped from our overseas warehouse using secure, tracked shipping methods to ensure your purchase reaches you safely. 

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days upon full payment received.

Your order will be delivered within 7 - 10 business days after the handling time. We only ship to the confirmed physical address.

While we strive to deliver sooner, actual delivery durations may vary due to external factors beyond our control. These include but are not limited to:

• Courier service delays
• Customs inspection and clearance procedures
• Seasonal demand surges (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)

Over 90% of our orders arrive within the early part of this window. However, in some cases, delivery may take the full 4 weeks.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we are always available to assist with any questions or tracking concerns regarding your order.

Our preferred carriers are Evri & Royal Mail for the United Kingdom, DHL for European deliveries, and USPS for other international destinations.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses.

All international orders, including those to the European Union may be subject to customs duty and tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details.

Once we have shipped your order you will receive a shipping email confirmation, so you know your order is on its way. The shipping email will contain all shipping information so you can keep track of your order.

Delivery times may vary by location:

• US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: 7-20 business days 

• EU and the UK: 7-10 business days 

• United Arab Emirates: 14-20 business days
