Do you provide AD warranty on your watches?
No, we do not provide AD warranty on our watches, rather a 2 year in house warranty applies on all products purchased through our website.
We offer a 2-year movement warranty on all our timepieces. This warranty covers mechanical and manufacturing defects, ensuring that you can enjoy your watch with peace of mind. However, it does not cover damages caused by wear and tear, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.
However, if you receive a defective product, we will accept a return within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy for more information.
What payment methods do you accept and how is transaction secured?
