Shipping Policy

LOCAL DELIVERY 

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within the UK of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. 

STOCK LOCATED IN THE UK

1.Orders placed before 10.00am during stock located in the UK  will be delivered the next day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the 1-3 days we are open. 

When you purchase the item will see the shipping method and the duration of delivery time.

STOCK LOCATED OUTSIDE THE UK

2..Orders placed before 10.00am during stock located outside the UK our partners will be dispatched your order  in 1-2 working days after receiving the payment. 

VERY IMPORTANT: Tracking updates sometimes only appear after the package has cleared customs in the destination country and this can take up to 2 weeks, so please be patient throughout the shipping, transportation and delivery process of your order.

Your order will be delivered within 7 - 15 business days after the handling time. We only ship to the confirmed physical address.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses.

All international orders, including those to the European Union may be subject to customs duty and tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details.

Once we have shipped your order you will receive a shipping email confirmation, so you know your order is on its way. The shipping email will contain all shipping information so you can keep track of your order.

Delivery times may vary by location and shipping method. Here are some examples:

• US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: 5-12 business days with an all-inclusive service covering customs, paperwork, and taxes, so the customers will receive their orders hassle-free.

• EU and the UK: 7-15 business days with an all-inclusive service covering customs, paperwork, and taxes, so the customers will receive their orders hassle-free.

• South Africa: up to 12 business days with an all-inclusive service covering customs, paperwork, and taxes, so the customers will receive their orders hassle-free.

• Philippines: 7-12 business days with an all-inclusive service covering customs, paperwork, and taxes, so the customers will receive their orders hassle-free.

• UAE, Saudi Arabia: 10-15 business days with an all-inclusive service covering customs, paperwork, and taxes, so the customers will receive their orders hassle-free.

• Oman, Qatar: up to 14 business days with an all-inclusive service covering customs, paperwork, and taxes, so the customers will receive their orders hassle-free.

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Watchshop-Alex is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
